This is a really great local history museum. Currently there are displays on local indigenous groups, medical history, World War II, farming history, and World War II. They primarily serve local schools, but they also have collections of documents open to researchers. They may also be open to the general public, but often the front door is locked as the entire museum runs through the fantastic work of just one full-time staff.
