Update after receiving a response from the owner: Your extremely rude attitude and tone in your response is enough for me to not come back. My review was still VERY kind and noted on the things that did make me happy. But there have been multiple reviews in the last few months I looked back that were coming from the same view point. I would never lie about any review. I take this seriously. I posted the review the same day I came into the store and made my purchase. Is this the energy that you take from every mediocre review?? I certainly didn’t give you one star, as I did not see it fit. I used to be a small business owner myself before I moved back to Florida, so I know how it can be. But I was 110% honest here and nothing else. Not once was I asked if I needed help, wanted help, needed assistance, had questions, etc. Nobody offered it to me even though I wanted it. I’m still learning and hoped I’d find the guidance I wanted in a store close to home. Im happy thy other people have had great experiences about customer service! Not once did I complain about inventory or prices. That was fair and I purchased items I felt called to and was happy with. I also do not go and randomly write bad reviews. I am a local guide for a reason, and it’s a shame you feel the need to attack me on that front. Claiming that my review and entire experience was false. Not a great look. I wish you the best but I will not be back. I’m not hard to find, feel free to reach out, but this stings and I am sorry that you are experiencing such emotions right now. Maybe think before writing hateful words about customers. When a customer writes a review that is still kind in nature, usually an appropriate response one might be hopeful for is to give the store a second chance. Which I would have done without hesitation. It makes me sad that that was your angry and judgmental reaction.

Unfortunately I agree with other recent reviews about customer service. Lovely little shop, I did buy some nice items at a good price. But the customer service and openness is lacking. When I go to places like this I don’t force myself into someone’s space, I am a visitor after all. But I did not get a genuine connection or offer for help. You would think in these kinds of shops you want to form a connection between each other to curate repeat customers. I’m just torn - my products are beautiful but I didn’t feel welcome. EDITED: I got there 5 minutes before 5pm and the CLOSED sign was already on!! So i was peeking in the window to see what they had. An employee then came out the front door with trash so i realized i hadn't even tried to open the door because the sign said CLOSED. So i went in and she stated they were closed unless "it was quick". Being the first time i'd ever been there i didn't believe it would be quick so i stated i would come back another day and went back outside and snapped the photo at 457pm per my phone time stamped record, feeling disappointed. I then got back into my vehicle and found the site and wrote my original bad review followed by a PM to the owner on the Facebook site at precisely 5pm per Facebook time stamped record. She did respond and apologized and stated the circumstances which i completely understand. I then worked the next several days in the ER and did not have time to update my review. My loss of not getting what I thought I needed was definitely not as great as theirs. I am truly sorry for your loss and I did not intend any harm to your business or yourself.
