If you don’t want a Christian school, don’t attend a PRIVATE, BAPTIST UNIVERSITY. Geez. It’s not that hard. This is not a party school and some people (me as well as most the people I know) love it that way. Don’t come here and waste lots of money if you don’t really want a Christian environment. Prayers in class, small classes, very nice professors who will even invite you to their homes. Sure Bawcom doesn’t serve the best food but everyone complains about their cafeterias food. Lots of inside jokes and friendly people and chapel on Wednesday’s isn’t actually that bad. I was hesitant about “mandatory church” but I find it quite enjoyable as well as the theology classes we have to take. You can feel/see Christ here and it’s really amazing.
