K1 The Bloom 11-30-24 Had lunch here with family! Nice dining room and friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and explained a lot of the menu to us. We ordered lots of food! Appetizers and Main Courses. The service was great! They brought the food out at a steady pace! Very good food! We had: TTeokbokki with Ramyun Noodles, Boiled Egg and Mozzarella. Soy Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl. Chicken was tender and flavorful. Soy Pork Belly Rice Bowl. Had a great taste but Pork Belly was a little tough for me. Bone in Wings with Snow Cheese. (Oh my Gosh! Got to try the Snow Cheese!) never has anything like it! Sweet tasting!) Boneless Wings with Soy Garlic. Crispy wings with great garlic flavor! Fried Mandi. Flavorful and good. Kimchi Fries with Bulgogi. Good fries not much of a kimchi flavor. More jalapeño flavor. They were ok but not my favorite. Steamed Mandi. Great taste. Potato Corn Dog with Cheese and Sausage. WOW, I’ll be going back for more of this! The cheese was soft and not rubbery, the potato outside had a wonderful crunch to it and the stuff they put on it just made it great. We were very pleased with the service and the food. Will definitely go back

OH MY GOSH, is all I have to say after trying this today! I was craving kimchi and I drove past this place I've never seen before,I went to the pictures when I googled it, as any good American would and determined I would try the the kimchi fries( I added bulgogi to it)...THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY TASTEY AS ALL GET OUT! I mean bursting with flavor! The freshness from the cilantro ,the flavorful sauce, the spiciness was just enough to coat your tongue and linger just slightly but no where close to un-enjoyable. And the portion size was very generous! It's a meal in itself! I have nothing negative to say about this dish, AND the fries were hot fresh and crunchy! I definitely recommend these fries, who ever is in that kitchen is cookin̈g with passion.I can NOT wait to try the rest of the menu. 10/10 recommend

My husband and I went out to eat to another restaurant, but when we went it was closed 🥴 We live in Copperas Cove and the restaurant is in Belton. Well we look around to se where we can go to not lose the trip. We were gonna go to another restaurant that we Google and we passed in front of K1 and my neck almost broke 🤣🤣 we turned around, we park and look for the reviews and we liked what we read. The atmosphere was amazing, like kind of relaxing tho it was packed it was relaxing, We sit and talk all the way until we left. Now the food 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 it was delicious, I got the bulgogi bowl and it was sooo good, my husband is vegetarian and they offered a veggie menu, he got the tofu gangeon and he loved it. A great experience and we have another restaurant in our were to eat list ☺️

Went during the first soft opening week as well as the second soft opening week.

The first visit- got multiple flavors of the boneless Korean fried chicken and tofu, which were all delicious, as was the tteokbokki and bulgogi. Service was terrible. For a party of eight, we only got two bottles of water, and the waters were never refilled, even when they were empty (and had been for a LONG time). After the server came and took our initial order, she never came back to check on us. We actually wanted to order more food and had to flag someone else down to come over, but that person never brought over menus as requested. Finally, we had to have yet another person come over to check us out. It was also incredibly hot - I guess their AC wasn’t working? - and none of the fans that they had were pointed at our table.

The second time- food was again, delicious, and the service was just as horrendous. This time, we were a party of four. When we were initially sat, we did not receive menus. We sat around for probably ten minutes waiting for someone to come by and bring us menus. Then, after we ordered, we did not receive our food for another 60 minutes. It is my suspicion that our food ticket was lost in the back as every other table in the restaurant received their food, ate it, and left, before we got our food. The excuse that I got was that they had a “lot of to go orders”, but this doesn’t explain why everyone else (including people who came in and sat down AFTER we had already ordered our food) was able to order, eat, and leave before we received ANY of our food.

To top it all off, there wasn’t even a manager that came by our table to talk with us. I was pretty upset with our second visit since the food took so long to come out. I think it would’ve helped to salvage my opinion if a manager...

I went on Saturday during their second soft opening! My boyfriend and I wanted to get wings to go because I had bragged about how good the wings were the last time I had them. To sum up the experience: The employees were very hospitable, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was pretty nice!

I got to witness some troublesome customers firsthand who were ill-tempered towards the waitress and impatiently made the decision to sit themselves down instead of waiting. The family ended up leaving before ordering, but I felt that the waitress handled it well.

We were then helped by a girl named Michelle and a girl named Ashlyn. I could tell that the place was a bit overwhelming, and yet we were handled with patience and friendliness that made us feel at ease in the establishment despite the circumstances.

The drinks came pretty quickly, the food took a bit longer. However, to anyone complaining about the wait for food, I would urge them to consider that the food served is not fast food, but food that is worth the time it takes to prepare. Furthermore, all employees were actively serving the customers and establishment and could not be accused of neglecting the customers or the restaurant.

I had a good experience there, and I believe that the success of the place lies in the comfort of both the employees and the customers. If I could give any feedback, I believe that the success of the place lies in not losing sight of the image they create for themselves and their community. I think it could be easy to forget the big picture, but as a customer, the big picture is huge in deciding if that is a place I feel good...

We were excited to try this place and encouraged by the positive reviews. We were seated right away and told to ring the bell when ready to order. They had a limited menu for lunch so it didn't take long to decide. Rang the bell and ordered an appetizer, two entrees and drinks.

Twenty mins passed and three tables that were seated after us were getting food. Called the server and when she came by, she asked if we had ordered. We said we had and she asked if she was the one who had taken our order and we said she was. She said she must have lost it and would put it in.

The appetizer came after 10 minutes but still no drinks. Another 30 mins passed and most other tables were served. It was apparent that our server hadn't put a rush on our forgotten order but simply put it in line with the rest of them.

We decided to just pay for the appetizer and leave since it had been an hour by this time. She put in a cancellation for our food and charged for the appetizer, with no apology. The cancelled order must have caught the owner's attention because she came to the register to find out what happened. She offered to give us the meals at no cost and after 10 mins, we finally got it to go. Food was not as good as we had hoped after all that.

After going back through the previous reviews, forgetting to put in orders seems to be a common thing. We...
