I am going to find another VFW to attend.
Reasoning behind my decision: Irreconcilable differences.
I was accused of speeding through an empty parking lot going 40 MPH; as quoted by the attending bar manager @ 20:05 on the 31st of May... I might have been going 20 MPH, but not 40 MPH as she insisted that I was going, she went on that there could have been small children, pedestrians or cars parked there - of which it was an empty parking lot at the time, and besides her merit less diatribe about small children and/or pedestrians, of which there was none present.
She also went on that the post commander Greg Kelm would also be contacted regarding this matter and went on to replaying any video footage that might have been recorded; given that time-lapse security video footage is accurate enough to precisely gage or estimate speed or velocities traveled by vehicles or objects.
Additionally, I do not and will not tolerate being belittled and talked down to in a disrespectful, argumentative and/or provocative manner, especially by someone who seems to be on a "power trip."
I also notified that bar manager on duty as I was heading for the exit that I will be posting a derogatory review on Google & YELP! about my experience tonight and with that said, I won't be showing up at this particular VFW post not only for this reason but also because to me it seems that the atmosphere over there is leaning more towards a politically biased environment that panders to the leftist-leaning organized labor unions that with my experiences, have no place in a Veterans Club (Since I have been subjected to repetitive and continued employment discrimination by the IBEW LU #364) and additionally, the organized labor unions have also become more self-serving political entities that clearly do not recognize nor respect the honorable military service of Veterans in general regardless of whether he or she has military training that is relative to the occupation or vocation in question.
You should also expect my access badge or key card to be returned via registered or certified mail in 5 to 10...
