If you see a positive review my guess is the purchaser has had no issues. Prices are competitive, staff is friendly and helpful.That is until you’ve made your purchase. If you have any issues they will treat you rudely and ghost you like no other. Becky will tell you she’s too busy to check into your issue but will call you, which she never does. Leave messages (cause they do not answer the phone) they just won’t call back. I will absolutely NOT purchase from here again.
UPDATE: Finally stopped into the store to let them know we hate the mattress so would like to switch it out as we were told we had a 120 day sleep guarantee. Dave was ready and willing to help, then came Becky. Told me I should have come in sooner ( this was day 113) as she now didn’t have sufficient time to call the Rep. So you don’t really have 120 days. That I had to go home, tear down my bed and take numerous photos which she would show said Rep and he would decide if we could exchange the mattress. Pretty much a No since we didn’t buy their box springs which they knew at the time of purchase as the sales team actually showed me a “cheaper” platform on Amazon but nothing was said about this possibly being an issue with the sleep guarantee.    Read moreMy elderly mother purchased a washing machine from Karl's in August of 2022. A few weeks after she got it installed, she noticed a long scratch that had been poorly touched up. When I came back up in October of 2022 to take her to her chemotherapy, I took pictures of it and stopped by Karl's to ask if there was something they could do. After all, she had paid for a new washer not a washer with large scratch which couldn't even be a floor model. The salesperson said they would get the pictures to the manager and she would contact us. My mother had not heard anything for several weeks so she called and spoke to the manager. She was told that the pictures had been sent to GE and they were waiting to see if they would authorize a refund. Several weeks passed and my mother called again and left a message and again and again. Finally, just before Christmas, the manager called and said the check had been sent ten days earlier. My mother told her that she had not received anything and the manager said she would look into it. Several more weeks passed and, at the end of January, my mother decided to send the manager a letter asking what was going on with the check rather than leaving another message. It is almost the middle of February and she still has not heard from the manager, nor has she ever received...
   Read moreI cannot tell you how amazing our experience was at Karl’s!!!! They made the entire appliance-buying experience so pleasant. We initially ordered all our appliances from one of the “big box” stores and kept getting notified things were out of stock . We finally got tired of the “run-around” the “big box” was giving us and called Karl’s. They ended up having 3 of the 4 appliances we wanted so we ordered them and cancelled the “big box” order. The microwave was not available because of the covid/microchip shortage. Karl’s went above and beyond and recommended a different microwave that they had in stock , and gave me a good sale price on it as well. Their delivery was absolutely top- notch as well. They were so very friendly, courteous, and very respectful of our home. And their prices were great as well. We are very thankful we discovered this store and that they delivered to our cabin.
