Perms employess are union ,thank goodness, they have to be, becaues amports plays sheninigans with the temp workers. Theyll have someone talk crazy to you, then if you complain or talk to the person at all Your the problem. Fired! There is a reason for Constant turnovers at amports. Why? This is why they use temp service randstand. So they can be as discriminating as they want to be without consequences. They be sorting through black people like constantly. Toyota is really bad! The managers will fail to teach you something then blame you for not knowing it. They set people up for failure all the time. What motivates that. Could be political, racial, or personal. I started as a temp moving cars around ect. After being there a while Randy came and asked me why they hadn't hired me. I said I can't answer that. Next day they hired me and I liked it doing lots of different things. Then I moved to an installer position and that was great installing special exhaust tips, home-link systems, customized foot pedals. They loved me cause I like to work hard and get er done. I highly recommend this place. Good pay and union benefits....
