I recently bought a guitar (no case) and he had it delivered safely from.America to Australia. Upon first playing I encountered a broken hardware part. (An oversight not realised prior to sale.) Al at GuitarFinds was really forthcoming and immediately pledged to pay for the cost of the replacement part - which.he immediately did, paying in fufll forr the new replacement part. Al was very ressonable and made my day. I had been disappointed sbout the damaged floyd rose style bridge, but have now received and fitted the part - resolving the issue entirely - and as a consequence, the actual tone of the guitar is better now (sombody suggested that the brass block would be why). I appreciate Al's ownership and taking of responsibility - providing a perfect solution. Thanks again Al. I highly refommend him; professional, ethical, reasonable business owner and individual. Thank you for getting in touch Al :)

If a freshly minted instrument feels bland, and you want your next guitar or bass buying experience to be more geared toward finding an artifact that speaks to you and encourages you to play, then make the trip out here and see what they have to offer! I came in looking to get back into playing bass again, and left with this 1990s Made in Japan Fender Jazz bass and it has helped re-ignite my love of playing! (Also, they definitely have at least a couple of instruments there that are 100% haunted) Seriously I cannot understate how much I recommend supporting this establishment!

Al is awesome!!! I had a guitar with a broken string, so I texted Al to see if he could help fix it. He responded super fast and invited me down to the store same day. He restrung the guitar and tuned it up for me. It sounds so good! Al is clearly very knowledgeable and has an amazing inventory of guitars available for purchase.
