Ironhorse Home Furnishings has excellent customer service. We purchased two high quality recliners from them. Before we bought the chairs, they informed us about a lengthy delivery date due to COVID related supply chain issues. We checked, and other stores were also anticipating similar delivery dates. So, we went with Ironhorse. New supply chain issues arose after the purchase, yet Ironhorse kept us informed.

We received our chairs nine months after we purchased them. Ironhorse delivery team was great. The chairs were carefully delivered and the operation and care for the chairs were thoroughly explained.

We received the chairs in December and two months later we had to relocate across country. Following the move, the reclining mechanisms on both chairs were not functioning correctly. We suspect the movers damaged the chairs; however, their insurance agent argued differently. Nonetheless, Ironhorse home furnishings was on it. They contacted the manufacturer, and within weeks we had new parts and recommendations for a local furniture repair facility.

So many things were outside Ironhorse Home Furnishings control with this order, yet they were always informative and responsive...

This is an amazing store (in fact my favorite furniture store) with amazing service. I am so grateful it exists. You walk in and Tony and his co-worker (please forgive me for forgetting your name) are so helpful and knowledgable and truly love being a part of helping you find what you need or just chat about your own likes/joys of furniture. I've never been in a furnishing store where I love so many pieces. Usually you are lucky to find one piece you like - this store has so many. I have been looking for a dining table for years but found most just too cookie cutter, cheap looking or too expensive for what they were. I found an amazing dining table and chairs here (I'd show them, but can't post images here) and am so happy with my purchase. Tony gave me all the info on the maker and breezed me through the purchase. Thank you Tony (and co-worker ;)...

Wow! Amazing experience, great customer service and quality products. About two weeks ago, my husband and I were in desperate need to find furniture with a short turnaround time for our new house. We came to Ironhorse and met Tony, who was incredibly helpful and full of great ideas. Tony listened to our needs carefully, and spent time putting together options with pictures to help us make a decision. Once we made a decision, we had our furniture delivered to our house in less than a week. We are very happy with our selection. The furniture is so comfortable and beautiful.
