I saw the vintage pinball machine I was looking for on the Pinball Pirate website and I live approximately 2 hours from the store. I called the store asking about the machine and Chris answered. He did a nice job describing the condition of the vintage machine I was interested in. He added his knowledge of pinball machine maintenance and repair and boosted my confidence in maintaining the machine myself once I got it home. It was described that Chris would be happy to assist with any repairs or adjustments that may come up and most adjustments could be facilitated over the phone. We arrived at Pinball Pirate the next day and found the machine as Chris described it. While at the store we were invited to play any other games we might be interested in. My girlfriend and me proceeded to play at least 15 other pinball machines and eventually purchased the machine we had seen online. I have a Frankenstein machine that I needed to resurrect. These are the guys to call! TJ was assigned to my home visit. He was spot on time. Extremely professional. And geez this guy REALLY knows his stuff. He worked with my machine fast and he troubleshooted and got right down to business. I was really worried the tech would linger and run down the clock since you pay by time. I have never seen someone work so fast. That truly made me feel like he was looking out for me. He has very high integrity. I talked to him the ENTIRE time he was in my home. He responded very kindly to my annoying questions and he has so much patience!
