Went as first time customer to buy a pair of boots for my wife. The excellent customer service started before I ever showed up. I had some questions about a particular brand and they were friendly on the phone and then we switched to text to share a pic of an option. The experience was excellent. We then drove over an hour one way to shop. The selection was good and the staff was friendly even though they were busy. Once they had time to help us, they were knowledgeable and patient. Many options were offered to try on to get a feel for a wide spectrum of brand fitment. (They know how to compliment a customer on how the product looks and matches their outfit to make them feel good- something I picked up on with being in sales as well. 😉) The gal helping us even asked my wife if she was having fun. She was very clued into her attitude and demeanor. As we narrowed down the options she gave professional suggestions to try and compare the last couple pairs of boots to make the final decision. Again, patience stands out. Zero push even as we approached closing time. Highly recommend them for an enjoyable buying experience. We could have went much closer to home but I would make this drive again in a heartbeat. The Tony Lamas were just what I was looking for in a combination of class and beauty for my wife. Centre boot company is simply amazing and I highly recommend! We drove about 1 hour to check this place out,and we were simply amazed when we walked in.The boot selection is extremely large.We were greeted with a huge smile and hello from Anne. We were just there to check it out and see what they had. Anne gave us a wealth of information about boots and was all to happy to chat with us. We went back the following weekend and we were waited on promptly by the owner Deborah. Deborah treated us like royalty, sizing our feet, and running around like crazy finding boots that were to our liking and fit perfectly. They had a large tent sale going on at the time, and Deborah was even finding sales items we liked and not pushing the more expensive boots!! That right there is good old fashioned customer service. She truly cared about what we liked over trying to just make a sale. We ended up buying a pair of boots for my girlfriend and a pair of "loafers" for me. Great store. Plenty of good items. Spent $300 got shoes, belt, buckle, and a cheap kids hat and the cologne I seen on your page… Went to the other tack store. Walked out with an expensive leather jacket, two hats, three shirts a pair of boots, two toys for my kids, a phone case, pants annd dress for my girlfriend and a turquoise necklace spent $350! She gave us some discounts for spending so much and double checked all my sizes and the fit. So unless I absolutely need what you have then I’ll probably not come back. The vibe was a little pushy and wasn’t to welcoming, changed my mind on your hat because it was more then I wanted to spend around $160 or so granted the hat was quality but the vibe changed to okay ask if you need help.
