This place is awesome. Exceptional customer service, very polite environment. I emailed on a Sunday for a haircut and got a quick response from Diana (the owner) and I was scheduled with Brooklyn for the next day! Brooklyn did an amazing job on the cut I wanted. She took her time and didn't rush through. She listened to what I was hoping for and nailed it. I love it! She was very informative on how I should properly treat and style my hair to keep it healthy. I'm very happy with Design Studio 27. I will definitely be going back. And definitely recommend to everyone. Great people and great prices. Two of my favorite things. Also, I got a phone call 2 days later from Diana asking if I was happy with my hair and if I had any questions or concerns. Who does that?
