Rented a Bobcat E50 for 4 days with a Damage Waiver, equipment was obviously worn and showing its age some of the controls were worn out and should be replace but it worked, last day I had something flick up and hit the side window breaking it, I notify the driver during pickup what happened, a week later I get a bill for $1137.85 to replace the window stating the Damage Waiver doesn't cover the damage or any other damage according to them.
