De Marce Theatre — Local services in Benson

This is a small town theatre that still looks the same as when I was a child. Although they haven't updated the look much, they did update to digital so the sound and picture of the movies are great! They make yummy popcorn and offer several choices of seasonings if you desire, have pop and water, plenty of candy choices, and the seats are comfy. An original posting as of many years ago, Now Due for an Update!! Great remodel recently (spring of '22) with the newer ownership & staff!! Wonderful atmosphere right when you walk through the door! Great ticket prices that can't be beat; along with a Sunday matinee (and Thursday summertime ones, too) offering...All available with still the best popcorn in the area (& available "investment-comeback" popcorn bucket...

They've done a great Job of providing a polished old time feel to a historical theater while bringing exciting movies to the town of Benson. I do believe the food available could be improved as well as a claw or pinball machine...
