Burger King — Restaurant in Benson

Maybe I was at the wrong time, but this probably was the worst experience at Burger King for me. Dine in - Ordered a Spicy Chicken meal, the first bite and it tasted weird, checked underneath - the bun was burnt (literally black)! Asked for a new one by showing this to the cashier guy, he conveys my request to this other guy preparing the burger, after which both of them scoff!! Then, I get a new burger and it's not spicy chicken but the regular chicken sandwich...! At this point, I felt it not worth speaking another word and just took it. No complaints on the food quality and the cleanliness of the place though, like I said maybe I was at the wrong time but just not a good experience...

Horrible service. We went through the drive through and it took several minutes for them to take our order. Then they handed us our drinks and didn't even say a word before closing the window. We had to taste to see if it was the coke or Dr Pepper. Then they gave us our food bags, again without a word, but we had to stop her before she closed the window. We told her we were missing a drink and she argued with us that she had already given it to us. Finally she went to the computer to verify how many drinks we ordered, then got us another drink and wasn't...

8/17/17...Went thru the DRIVE THRU at 4:00 PM!!!

Purchased the 2 Bacon Cheeseburger Meal for $4.00...DISGUSTING!!!

Free WHOPPER w/purchase of WHOPPER...BLAND & TASTELESS!!!

Order total was $9.17!!!

Both items were served at room temp and had clearly been sitting in the warming tray for an extended time period (as the meat was totally dried out)!!!

Drive thru attendant was unintelligible, slovenly & surly!!!

My last visit to our local BK was about a year ago...swore I'd never go back...BUT decided to give it one more try!!!...
