We found Jim's about 6 months ago and now will not go back to the box stores to purchase meat. Everything is high quality and has such a great taste. You can purchase anything from ground beef to duck, rabbit or ground elk! They also sell pre-made items like meatloaf, the BEST BBQ(pulled beef i believe) and a killer potato casserole. This is a decent butcher if you just want some meat. For those who are seeking special quality in meat or unique cuts this is probably not the best place to visit. I had the pleasure of purchasing their ribeye steak, thinly sliced to make Philly Cheese steaks for our Super Bowl festivities and I must honestly say, it was the best.
