King Burrito — Restaurant in Bentonville

Edit** Evening staff on the night of 8/18/24 were INSANELY RUDE. Well, it was really just the one lady. She sighed repeatedly as we ordered food and was snippy at best as we ordered our food. All I asked for was a cheesy burrito with chicken, add potatoe with no lettuce/pico. It's not that much of a pain. She kept acting like what I asked for was the end of the world. Then, when it came time to give us our food, she did so with the attitude of a toddler and slid the window closed without saying a word as quickly as she could. Then, to make things worse, our food was... lacking. My cheesy burrito had no cheese just about. I've long known that what used to be a cheesy burrito has slowly become a burrito with some cheese but my burrito had so little cheese today it was as if they were upset and intentionally messing up the food. The overall quality has gone down over the last 4 or so years, but the sheer rudeness from the woman this evening taking our order was unacceptable! The woman taking our order was more interested in her phone than working and showing a modicum of customer service. It was rude enough that I simply won't be back. There are too many food options in the area to deal with such unprofessionalism. I used to eat here all the time, but I guess I'll just have to go to the one in Rogers to...

🏔 Our close group of friends recently had a Sunday fun day which started our morning eating waffles and having plenty of mimosas. Lunchtime was for naps and mountain biking rides. And dinner time was for king burrito in northwest Arkansas.

🌯 We explored the location on Walton Boulevard and this place is guaranteed to satisfy any Mexican food cravings. From burritos to street tacos to tortas, you name it they have it. I mean seriously there is a burrito that is big is your face, we even had Garrett stick out his arm to see how big his shrimp burrito.

🌮 The chips and salsa were perfectly crunchy and the salsa was delicious. They have taco Tuesday and taco Sundays, Which means dollar tacos after 4 PM. Yeah, you heart us right! 🥤 They even have Horchata! Get your grub on without breaking the bank! ✨

Everytime we order from the bentonville location our food is cold its horrible u guys really need to work on sending out luke warm food. Then on one occasion I sent bite squad out to get my food said no onions on my tacos got tacos and boom onions called store manager answered said I could get tacos replaced when I called to have them replaced the staff laughing told me they didnt care and that they would not replace my tacos even though the other manager said they would and hung up on me that's just plain horrible so after u guys messed my order up and I wasted my money and the poor customer service u provided me u lost a customer I have not been back since and will not return. It's called customer service what would of replacing three tacos to u cost to make your customers happy nothing but by that action any one that ask me about u guys I tell them to stay away so not only did u loose my business u lost all the business to ppl I would of recommend to u guys stay far away from the bentonville location nothing but girls that role their eyes at u and trend as t u with...
