I have had a great experience buying an Alpine mattress from European Sleepworks. It has been a process for me in finding out what is most comfortable to sleep on. For years i had been sleeping on mattresses that were too firm and so at European Sleepworks with some helpful guidance from the staff there, i went the other direction and bought the soft Alpine mattress. What i love about their mattress system, is the flexibility. I opted not to go for the flexible slat system and what i ended up with is a solid slat base, soft coil and firm latex combination. I couldn't be happier. It is the right balance for my body. What separates European Sleepworks from other mattress stores, is that they understand that it is not just the mattress that you are sleeping on, but the pillow as well. It really is a marriage of those two parts that gives you the best option for a proper alignment of your body. The staff is very helpful, friendly and unassuming. They all have a strong knowledge base and they balance it well by giving suggestions and then allowing you to spend some time by yourself on the mattress to see if it is really speaking to you. It is a nice atmosphere in the store. It exudes quality. The variety of combinations of mattresses and pillows, the flexible slat system or the solid slat frame, means that anyone should be able to find a bed that he/she will enjoy. After accidentally discovering the Oxygen pillow while house-sitting for some smart friends, I bought one a couple months ago, and I’m thrilled with it. The fitting process was easy and thorough, the reps were extremely kind and helpful, and even though I have obstructive sleep apnea, I’ve slept drastically better since owning this pillow. It proved to be even more useful in another unexpected scenario though– I recently underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor recurrence, and sleeping on this pillow was a game-changer compared to my first surgery six years ago. The way it’s designed allows for less pressure on the side and back of the skull, and as such, made my post-surgical recovery process and experience far more safe, pleasant, and comfortable. They have multiple densities and thicknesses to choose from, and help you find the perfect fit for your body. I highly recommend visiting this shop if you're looking for some relief for OSA, or if you've recently had surgery (or another condition) that makes it hard to sleep. Or, you just want the most comfortable pillow you could own. I was reluctant to spend the money at first... but a couple months later I feel it's one of the best investments I've ever made in my quality of life. It’s been 4 years since I bought a mattress and bed frame from here, and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. I had problems with back pain and stiff shoulders for years. A friend with an extremely disciplined focus on both fitness and extreme frugality blamed my procession of “internet popular” mattresses, and recommended investing in something you “spend a third of your life on.” So I researched a little, settled on wanting to try a pocket coil, and came to European Sleep Works with tons of questions.

They were extremely gracious and lucid answering all my questions and explaining each model, providing a lot of detail and zero sales pressure. They even recommended other brands and stores to check out, in sincerity and respect for both the craft and concern for my needs. I didn’t need to though, as they had exactly what I was looking for. It was delivered quickly and professionally, with the installers taking great care to ensure there was no mess or damage to my home and the bed frame was level and stable.

The mattress settled in over time exactly as they said it would, becoming more comfortable without losing its firm support. I finally no longer have back pains or stiff shoulders! And the movement isolation is a blessing because my partner flails like a fish on land in his sleep. The assistant at European Sleep Works recommended regular jersey sheets, like Target’s cheap $15 ones, to improve the isolation. But it’s been excellent even with very stiff, woven sheets. Worth...
