I never actually received the service. First off I should have been skeptical because they requires a deposit, most professional don’t require a deposit before you even receive the services. Long story short, I had an emergency and called the day of my appointment to reschedule for safety reasons. I encountered one of the rudest owners o have ever spoken with. She informed me that I could reschedule with another deposit as my deposit was forfeited because I called the same day, I was floor. This is the new way of “stealing” from consumers by requesting a deposit and not rendering the service. It is poor customer service and bad business practices. Be very careful when schedule with this business, clearly sales aren’t good so they need to take a deposit and hope you don’t show up.
