“Mark” came to deliver 7 boxes that made up my amazon shipment. He was 1.5 hours late and had the gaul to demand that I unload the boxes and carry them to the porch myself. I let him know that wasn’t happening as I have 4 small children waiting for me to plate dinner inside and my back was hurt anyway. He hollered profanities at me, and threatened to drop it in the street. I said, “if you can’t deliver it to my door like I paid for, let me know and I’ll cancel the order or have someone else deliver. After cursing me, he then opened his door, lowered his gate, and sat on his tailgate on the phone complaining to someone about the trials of a delivery driver who expects the customers to unload for him. From footprints on boxes that clearly show NO feet /fragile /or don't stack to smashed cones that say NOT to put anything on top of it... Not to mention lost orders... they are super careless & just plain disrespectful. If it says "Don't step" on the box, DONT leave your shoe prints on the freakin' box! So rude & careless! & Why ship a fragile TV glass piece, flat & wide on a huge pallet & make it the base, to which they load everything else on pallets, on top of. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to think "hey maybe we should stand it up vertically- it takes up less space, has less chance of breaking & people won't be able to walk all over it! " Hmmm...

Not worrying about your time at all. my appointment was on Friday from 7.00 to 15.00, I arrived at 8.00, drove all night, the broker checked where I'm every 3 hours, i was waiting before 15.00 .in the end the seller announced to me that they would not unload me today, but would unload me on Monday morning. 🤦♂️🤬.
