Players Club — Restaurant in Berkley

I have been coming here for 12+ years and just about everyone here is coo. I have never had any issues before until recently. for the past 9 months now their wait staff has got to be the worst they have ever had. I like to sit at the tables but lately I've been forced to go to the bar every time i need a drink. I would just rather not deal with their bad waitress. their waitress Ray doesn't give correct change has been very rude to me on multiple occasions and i don't even think she gets ready for work she never looks like it. and the other waitress doesn't even care about serving anyone but her friends. even after telling management about this issue it still has not been corrected. one night after spending 845$ on drinks alone on my boys and me i did the math after going and if i didn't check my change she would have stolen 180$ from me and i gave her 100$ tip. i spend a lot of money here and to be treated like this doesn't make me wanna come back it's sad though cause this was my spot. At first the club seemed pretty cramped, but once I got settled in it wasn't that bad. I got a private dance from a dancer from California. Her name was either jade or Jane, it might have been the best private dance I've ever had. If I would have ended the night there this would have been a 5 star review. After that dance I sat at the bar enjoying a beer when I was greeted by a dancer named reeses. She was pretty and seemed nice enough and after chatting for a while I figured I would get a dance. After the first dance she just kept going so I figured two songs was okay, but after the second song I tell her that's enough and go to pay her for two songs. She tells me no it was three songs. Not wanting to argue I give her the money for three songs exactly(I would have given her a tip close to that amount anyway). She then proceeded to harass me about her tip, and block me leaving for a solid minute and a half. I will probably try this place out again, but I will avoid this dancer...

The guy at the front door who takes your payments lost my ID. He gave my ID to the wrong person. He doesn't even bother to make sure that he's giving back the right IDs to the right people. The place was so packed it was difficult to try and find the guy who has my ID. I asked him if he could check the cameras or call the guy who has my ID through the intercom to come to the front counter. But I was told there's nothing they could do about it. But if it was his ID that was missing he'd be doing everything to find it look at cameras and stuff. But since it it's not his ID that he lost he didn't seem to really care that much to try and help me.
