Very bad experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. Instead of greeting me or treating me with respect, one of the employees just told me to place my order on a screen. It was my first time visiting, and the first impression was very unpleasant.

I ordered a horchata water, paid for it, and then, while the employees were laughing among themselves, they told me “unfortunately, we don’t have horchata.” If they had properly attended to me from the beginning, this could have been avoided.

I decided not to make a big deal out of it and asked for a mango water instead, but they didn’t even mention it had lime in it—something I only found out as I was leaving.

Overall: poor service, lack of attention, and no customer care. Honestly, if they want to improve, they should consider replacing the staff with people who actually have a good attitude. In the end, the customer is the one paying and choosing what to buy. With this kind of treatment, there’s no reason to come back. I do not...

High priced menu, slow service, and hot af inside. How is a cup of corn $14 with no extras, and a cup of corn with nachos $14? Put all the prices on the menu. Some items have prices, some don't. And if you order multiple items, you have to hear your number called over and over to go get each item. Just make it all, and tell me when it's all together. Also, Put the utensils somewhere away from the line. I have to cut through the line to get napkins, forks, and spoons after ppl are breathing...

My pregnant wife really wnatrd ice cream so I just google mapped close by our drive and this place popped up. We ordered ice cream which was very good.

It is spanish speaking predominantly but they offer english menu. So we stumbled a little in conversing.

Limited ice cream flavors, but delicious flavors to choose. Toppings too! Great price, cute hang out area for kids. Bad location on Federal unfortunately.
