Thursday, I went to the gym to work out and tan. Signed up to tan and at the end of the workout went to go tan, which is the treat for finishing my workout session to find out the system went down and can't tan. Frustrated over this, my sister and I, both black card members, left the gym. Saturday went back in, hoping to work out and end it with tanning. Nope, again, not able to tan. System still down. I asked the girls if they knew when they would be back up. The girl said we don't know. I said okay does anyone know? She said no;. I said what about a manager and she again said they don't know. I said really? Nobody knows. She said it's an IT thing. Okay, first these people need to know what to tell customers like me, second thing is a manager should know. About two weeks ago, this situation happened at this same gym. I wrote a review to be told I should call a manager at that location. I asked to have someone respond through email twice, and I went to the gym and asked for a manager at that location and none there. I am once again complaining. Seriously.. I'm a black card holder, same as husband and sister, and only have it to tan and work out. Hope it's fixed before...
Read moreWhere to start anyone can walk in they dont check to see if you are a member in any fashion. The employees sit around at the front desk on the counter. They dont check if you are a black card member to use the black card member stuff like massage chairs or tanning beds they just ask and if you say yes you get to use it. My partner and I called ahead of time to see if we could bring in our 1yo daughter she wouldnt be near equiptment and would be strapped to our chest the whole time we were told over the phone that yes of course we can bring her in no problem so we did the 4 people at the front desk also said this wasnt a problem when we walked in as we were working out taking turns on equipment so the baby wasnt on it a manager I believe came up to us didnt intoduce herself at all and started in on how we werent allowed her there with us she said just for today it would be okay since 5 people had okayed it so we continued taking turns working out while one was holding the baby she stormed back up to us saying we are now not allowed her on the floor at all and we let her know we were on our way...
Read moreWhen I tried to cancel my membership at the club, the associate told me I "didn't exist" in the system, even though I have the statements to prove that I've been paying them every month. They just gave me a shrug and told me to go through my bank to stop the payments. I did just that. Then I started getting calls from PF asking for some random amount that doesn't make any sense. I called them back to explain the situation. The person on the phone just kept telling me to go to my club. I repeatedly told them the club has no record of me. I finally said I wasn't going to pay, in which they responded with "fine, then we're sending you to collections!" And hung up on me.
