MOJO-JOMO — Restaurant in Berlin

I have been here many times, and have had mixed happenings. The rolled ice cream is amazing. Love it. I get chocolate with peanut butter and bursting strawberry boba. the peach milkshake is good. A little too sweet the second time I got it. But it’s good. Other than that, the menu is VERY confusing. Quite a cluttered shop. No tables inside anymore. It’s not even a real menu, it’s paper printed, COVERING the walls. Not really appealing to customers. Behind the counters is cluttered as well. There is even papers of menus pasted on the windows! Just got turned away by an extremely distressed employee who was working a mid-day Saturday shift alone. She was completely overwhelmed with an influx of DoorDash orders and was being harassed by impatient customers and a crowd of noisy preteens in line ahead of me. While I'm upset at not getting the smoothie I was craving, I'm more upset at the plight of your employee. I love these smoothies and so do many others. Wow, holy best-thing-ever-thing to come to the Berlin mall in a long time (my personal favorite place so far). Amazingly accommodating staff who are outgoing and cheerful. Portion sizes to match very fair pricing for quality ingredients. Yes it was busy, yes it was worth it, and no it didnt take long. Don't rush the process or the person in front of you; you don't wanna miss all the fun you could enjoy from start to finish....
