Just about all the stores shown are no longer; however, a rigorous training awaits your kid at the tae kwan do store, a myriad of totally useless tchotchkes at the next door gift store, a decent, if regular, pizzeria, some chiropractic and acupuncture assistance is available, perhaps more for the marshal arts' enthusiasts than pasta plunders, your usual pan-American Chinese takeout joint and farthest from them . . . a butcher's! When did you last see one of those? The gal behind the counter offered that they had whole cow's and all the parts, to which i asked if i could order a cow foot . . . The cashiers and management at Stop and Shop always seemed bothered to do their jobs and unfortunately take out their negative attitudes on undeserving customers. Especially the young cashiers (men and women) There is one mature women who is kind and tries to make conversation while checking you out. There is also a very friendly lady at the bakery and sometimes works the registers. These two ladies are the extraordinary helpful and welcoming workers.
