When my candles finally arrived (took over a month after ordering to receive them) one of the candles was shattered. I took a photo and emailed to Kringle requesting reimbursement for the candle but did not receive a response. A week later I received an email requesting that I leave a review. Instead of leaving a negative review, I gave Kringle the benefit of the doubt and another chance to make this right by contacting them a second time to request a refund for the broken candle. Again no response and no refund. Interestingly, the packing slip indicates that there was insurance added to cover breakage during shipping, leading me to believe this happens frequently enough that the seller adds protection. Very disappointed as a first time customer. The other candle I ordered smells great, but unfortunately I will not be ordering from Kringle again due to their terrible customer service. Let the...
Read moreIf you're in western Massachusetts definitely stop at Kringle. It's about 30 minutes north of Yankee Candle, right off of route 91. Kringle is owned by the Kitridge family, the original owners of Yankee. Kringle scents are very authentic, with great throw and are made in soy wax. The store also has incredible bulk prices. I was there in April 2025 and got 6 large candles for $80, these are normally $31 each. I also got 6 wax melts for $20, and these are normally $5 each. The store also has gorgeous candle accessories, these can seem pricey, however if you see something you like just close your eyes and buy it because I guarantee you'll regret it if you don't. The Farm Table restaurant and I can descent Brewing cross the street are also worth a stop for a good meal in a beautiful setting after...
Read moreJust visited Kringles six days before Christmas after a two year hiatus. We were disappointed and won’t go back for some time. The kitchen store is gone. The coffee shop is gone. The notorious high prices, of course, remain. Sales are hard to find but never a good value. Customers were sparse for this time of year. Isn’t this their prime time? The Farm Table restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food was good but not great. Potato chips at lunch? In this place? Staff was friendly. Cornbread and salad were hits. And, you can have any menu item, as long as it’s for $18 to $22 or any drink for $12. Not exactly value pricing. Kringles: a great achievement that has taken a turn for the worse. I don’t know how long their candles last, but I hope they’ll revisit their business concept. We’d love to...
