Always a great time bringing the family here. They offer a ton of flavor selections with both soft serve and hard ice cream, which is nice because not a lot of places don't offer much of a selection when it comes to soft serve, which, for me at least, I prefer more. All the workers we've ever encountered have always been nice and have patience as well when my kids are debating on what flavor to get. The only thing I wish is that they would either have their updated full menu (including pricing) posted somewhere or a secondary one posted a bit further back, as you can't see the main menu well if you're waiting in line, and if you're someone who likes to know a menu before arriving or getting to the windows to order, it would make it better to do something like that. I added photos of at least the soft serve and the hard ice cream flavors from the day we went that were available then. Great stop...

The ice cream is I think the best in Western Massachusetts!!! Tonight for dinner I got a bacon cheeseburger and a hotdog that was supposed to have chili and cheese but they forgot the cheese 😞 the onion rings are amazing hand made with just a light batter they more than made up for the forgotten cheese. The prices are reasonable enough so my wife and I can stop by fairly often without breaking the bank. Our dinner tonight with just one small ice cream was a shade under $30 not bad for 3 burgers, hotdog, large o-rings, a large sweet potato fries and a child size cup of vanilla soft serve. Best place to go for soft serve ice cream period!!! Super friendly service with smiles and awesome manners! Way to go guys! We went last night and had the beer burgers onion rings and then our regular twist cones for dessert! Prices are great! Please tip these wonderful people! You've set the bar very high!🎉UPDATE Went yesterday 5/4/23! Had soft serve cones as NO FOOD OFFERED THIS YEAR! At least as of now unless they get an alternative supplier!
