I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at The Heirloom Collective. I had contacted them before making the trip, specifically inquiring about a highly sought-after strain with a purported THC content of 41%. I was assured over the phone that they indeed had this strain in stock and that it was the highly potent batch I was seeking.
Excited by the prospect of acquiring such a unique product, I made my way to the dispensary, only to be met with utter disappointment. Upon arrival, I reiterated my request to the budtender, who confirmed that the strain in question was indeed the 41% THC batch. Trusting their expertise, I made my purchase.
However, upon further investigation and personal testing, it became evident that I had been misled. The strain I purchased lacked the potency it had been advertised to possess. The disparity between the promised 41% THC content and the actual product I received was alarming. I felt betrayed as a customer, as the dispensary had failed to deliver on their promises.
Seeking resolution, I promptly reached out to their customer service department, hoping for an explanation or, at the very least, an apology. To my dismay, my emails went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned with their lack of accountability. It is disheartening to witness a business that shows no regard for its customers' satisfaction or concerns.
What bothers me the most about this experience is the apparent absence of any regulatory body enforcing false advertising rules in the industry. It is distressing to think that businesses can freely make misleading claims without consequence, leaving customers like myself feeling deceived and taken advantage of.
In light of my experience, I strongly advise against visiting The Heirloom Collective. Their false advertising and lackluster customer service demonstrate a disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of their clientele. There are countless other reputable dispensaries out there that prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction, making them far more deserving of your patronage.
Additionally, while we’re on the subject of false advertising, your Kitchen Sink strain should be advertised as small buds because I’ve never seen a normal sized bud in any of my purchases of...

Read moreI visited the Heirloom Collective for the first time this week. I have a dispensary less than half a mile from my house, and another two just in my town alone, but I was getting super frustrated with buying products that weren’t consistently carried by the local dispensaries. I would finally finding a product that I liked and that worked for me, and then not be able to buy it again. Heirloom came highly recommended because they make a lot of their own products (in my case, vapes and edibles) and my friends raved about their quality. I stopped by on my way home from a weekend in the area, and was greeted by a very nice woman who checked my ID. Once inside, the girl that helped me was extremely helpful, very friendly and personable! She told me it was only her second day, which I never would have guessed as she really seemed to know her stuff! The prices are considerably cheaper than the dispensaries near me. I paid less than $80 for two disposable vapes and 3 containers of gummies (this would have cost me about $130 for comparable items at the dispensary close to my house.) Since getting home I have tried everything that I bought, and I totally get what everyone was raving about! I’m super happy to have found a go-to place that makes their own products as it will offer more consistency in buying my preferred products again. 10/10 recommend visiting...
