I would have given Evey a 5 star review on my multiple experiences except for the fact that I rented what appeared to be an antique 18 inch trencher on 5/6/2021 that would not dig more than 8-10 inches. I was assured that the trencher would go through clay when I reserved it, but it most cases it would just stop churning when I hit it. When I mentioned my issues upon returning the trencher, I was promised a call from a manager the next day. 5 days later, I am still waiting for my phone to ring.

Follow-up from initial 2 star review. I received a phone call very shortly after my review and they resolved my issue very quickly and explained exactly why there was a delay in contacting me. I appreciate the quick response and the hometown feel that you don’t get with the big box...

EXPERIENCED RENTER IMPRESSED!

First time renter at this business, but I rent equipment all over the United States and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, they were very accommodating and did not nickel and dime me like many other places do. The equipment was clean only a few years old or brand new, Everything worked properly. It’s really nice that they carry different brands of equipment for instance we are used to bobcat brand so we didn’t waste any time messing around on a Kabota since they had our preferred brand in house

Always, always excellent service and staff to help you find the exact product you need. If not in stock they order it for you and call you when it’s back in stock. They also refurbish lawnmowers and snow blowers, make replacement keys and sharpen knives( not serrated knives). Jody is at the register most times I have been in and she is professional but friendly. If they do not carry what you need, Jody has given me sound advice as to where to find want I need.
