I went in here looking to purchase a vape. With my luck I purchased a defective item that didn’t work right out of the package. I returned to the store immediately from my car and was told by the lady working (who had a terrible tone) that there was nothing to be done. I was not reimbursed for the defected item or my money I spent on the item. I will not be returning to the store for business, and I have quite an influence around...

I'd like to leave less than a one-star review. I think this place is absolutely unacceptable. Their level of professionalism is zero. The prices are way too high. In the selection of the store compared to others absolutely sucks. I would much rather go to grunts Brothers here in Big rapids any day.
