Horrible monopoly who only cares about restoring your power if you are in a big city, if your rural then they want you to pound sand for a week waiting for power. They will lie and say they have a crew assigned and working on your outage when they don't! For over a decade I have witness outages that happen days after my power outage and just because it's within a populated area they will get their power back in 24hrs and the rural area has to wait a week. Every time the wind blows your power will go out and they will take a week to get it back on. After one storm with an 8 day power outage they never made repairs and told me my power was restored when it wasn't. I told them that I could see the cut-out switch was open on the power line pole and they still told me I was wrong and assured me my street had power. They only agreed to come out and check it when I told them I was going to flip up the breaker MYSELF, and what do ya know after they flipped it up my power was restored. Their motto should be "just buy a generator and candles because they work better than us"! Developing countries have better power grids...

My Billing this month is totally off chart like 3 or 4 times more than usual with the information on the bill said Estimated. So first my husband called them and they told him the smart meter not working properly anymore because of it use 3G and it not supported anymore, then my husband told them to send someone to read the meter at our house to get the actual number but they said there is nobody available in the area. So what? This is their fault not us, they supposed to send someone to change the meter or do something. So I called back again then they say they already under investigation and will fixed it and send the new bill with the correct amount, but I just check my account and still said the wrong amount. It SURE would be nice for them to come out and check to see why our electricity is Soooo high for 3 people that are hardly here. It's 200-300$ a month and neighbors at this duplex is only 80$ and there are 5 kids plus one adult. In the mean time we sit here with our bill going up every month and all you hear from them is excuses. There is an investigation taking place, but only after the 4 th call in did they put an investigation on it. I guess if they can't figure it out they can put a extension on it.
