Absolutely horrible service. I self installed a modem/router with them over the phone to get my internet up and running. Everything was great. Two days later they closed my account and told me I needed to pay for a technician to come out and perform an "installation" to activate my service or it would be shut off. I told them that was ridiculous and they offered for me to rent a modem and router from them for $5/mo to do a self installation instead of having a technician come out. That made no sense, I already had my own equipment hooked up and functional. They refused to send me a bill for the internet service and told me they would turn it off. I spoke with multiple people wasting over 5 hours of my time over multiple days and they offered me absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. No account credit, no waved install fee, nothing. If I wanted the service, I had to pay for installation I didn't need, or pay for rented equipment I didn't need. It didn't matter that everything was hooked up and functional already. I will never use Charter Spectrum again and wouldn't recommend...

Max gets a gold star for going the extra mile. Took care of our original issue with ease, listened to our service concerns... and subsequently saved us considerable money on our cable and internet service. Then explained in great detail the benefits of switching our mobile service... which we did, and that resulted in even more savings!
Not only is Max genuinely concerned with the needs and concerns of his customers, he is a technical wizard when it comes to setting up a new phone and mobile service.
Everyone at this Spectrum location was so friendly and helpful. Max patiently answered all of our questions and concerns, and took so much time making sure we were informed and satisfied with our new mobile service and phone.
Fire up the clone machine Spectrum. You could use a couple more Maxes to add to an already all star line up of associates at this location.

TV boxes constantly reboot over and over and over before it actually will turn back on and work properly even taking DAYS before the box will reboot. TV box in living room has NEVER worked properly and when taken in to office they tell me to go try again cause I was doing something wrong. I installed services for these companies for over 25 years with my father in his businesses in Tucson AZ. It’s their services offered that are the issue. AND BEWARE when going in to the office, they will not let you leave until they have offered you every up grade possible and I watched them bother this old lady over 20 mins til she finally got mad and said she didn’t want any of these services at least 6-7 times.
