Smoke Scene — Local services in Big Spring

Called to ask a question about a juice and to see if they had it in stock. A young lady answered the phone and immediately said, “Please hold.” Which is fine but she did not place me on hold but instead set the phone down.. I could hear the conversations and overheard the staff talking badly about a customer and heard continuous F-bombs being said. Pretty unprofessional to say the least. Also I was never answered and when I tried to get their attention to let them know I was still there, no response. I even tried to call back several times and still no answer. This place is one of the best in Big Spring. Everyone there has a good vibe and they treat you like your family. They have a huge selection of disposables, smoker accessories, glassware, and even kratom. Their loyalty rewards program is top notch (after so much spent in store you get 20% off everything in the store for life) They have some stuff that I wasnt able to find anywhere else at at the lowest price I could find.
