Neutral Ways — Restaurant in Big Spring

Wanted a nice family breakfast after being out of town for a couple of years. Came expecting Dell's where the service was excellent and the food was amazing as well. This is not what we walked into. Prices where ridiculous and the staff kept mumbling under their breath snide comments around us WHILE WE WERE EATING! I was appalled at the lack of respect the staff had for the guests, talking about the people they were serving and then running to the kitchen with their dirty looks. I've never had such an experience. And after all of this, our food didn't come until after waiting an hour. The staff didn't realize (and how could they) our grandpa had passed away the evening before. It would've been nice just to have a waitstaff that smiled and had even an ounce of good attitude while we were waiting for our food. Extremely disappointed and left the restaurant with extreme anxiety and an empty stomach. This place has changed owners so many times in the last 15 years, generally a very good place to eat. After my experience today, I will never ever ever eat Here again waitress was nice, but condescending and rude towards the end. My food was freezing. By the time it got to the table, the chicken, fried steak was dry and rancid, I told the waitress about it upon checking out she throw the check on the counter and walked away. I had four other people on my party that had eaten their food, although it was not good, they ate it anyways, and I had no problem paying for it or the garbage that I got. I would never eat here again...

Boyfriend ordered a chicken fried steak, It came with a side salad. Side salad had a hair in it. No big deal sent it back, but didn’t want a new one. Got his chicken fried steak and the roll had a hair on it, picked the roll off the plate and tried to ignore it and eat his food. He dug Into the mashed potatoes and there was ANOTHER hair in them. He sent his whole plate back. The cooks are not wearing hair nets and they seemed like it was a bother that their hair was in his food. Definitely...
