Wild West Wingz — Restaurant in Big Spring

I don’t usually write reviews but... I’m not local, but after being disappointed the first time, I gave Wild West Wingz another try. The food was... go(cold)od, but it was a challenge to get it. A couple friends of mine suggested that we eat here so we called in an order to pick up at the drive through. the lady answered it rude, very hasty and asked what we wanted. After saying 3 items, the phone disconnected and had to call again. After the order was placed we waited around 30 minutes before we picked it up in the drive thru. Once we got to the window we proceeded to wait about 10 minutes until someone finally came to the window. When she gave us our food, she also gave us our change (folded up in the way that gave the illusion of cents), but it was just a dollar... then nobody would come up to the window so we did not get our proper amount of change. I wouldn’t put so much emphasis on this except that it happened to my friend & another Big Spring local before. I don’t know if the waitresses are being told to only give bills or if they don’t distribute correct change amounts back but it’s unethical. & if they’re doing this to everyone...... not to mention we left and realized that they did not give us 2 extra orders of fries, and that they completely messed up half the order (which was wrong flavor and...

It's crazy how this place has only 3 amazing waitresses Denise, Gabby and Toni. I feel like the manger should give them a raise or something for there amazing customer service. The other waitresses need some more training because they are not cutting it in my opinion. Does the owners even train the waitresses? The waitress we had Skylar almost 25 minutes to take are order and they where not busy. We where ready to order when we got there and let her know but she said she would be back 25 minutes later. She never checked on us and when my wife ask for a to go container. She go and gets it and put the container on top of her food and she had wings so the sauce was all on the bottom of it. She was one of the girls on Facebook complaining about people not tipping her but come on be honest would you tip her? It's about customer service and I tip big when I have great service. I tippes one of the waitresses $50 one time because she took her time talking to my kids and make them laugh. If the owner see this please take the time and talk to your waitresses because this is the 2nd time I went and had Skylar and she was the worst waitresses I have ever had. The 1st time i went she sat us down and came back 30 minutes later and told her we are leaving. It wasn't busy at all. I'll stick to ordering to go for...

Last Saturday night was a horrible experience. Me and my friends are regulars here and had great service and some ok service at times but last night was bad. We had to consistently ask for another round of beer and wait and wait. We had ordered food and took over an hr to come out. When it did(empty beers on table btw) it was wrong. Missing fries and some flavors of wings we ordered. We grab the wings they were stone cold. We were totally neglected and were talked to as if we were in the wrong. We asked if they could take the food back and charge us for the rounds of beer. We payed in cash and started walking out while saying bye to friends on the way because we are local business owners. We were yelled at and chased down about not paying for our drinks. Being confronted at the door still inside. We were totally embarrassed by this manager/owner. If they would simply check the table before causing a scene. Unprofessional and it was the same service of neglect that they never even checked the table for payment.

If you haven't been embarrassed in front of a crowd this is your ticket. I will never come back to Wild...
