I've lived in Billerica for over 30 years. Not many stores have remained continuously open, but this one has. I know why. From the many quick gifts for the wife of 30 years to the most recent personal work I had done after I received some of my mother's jewelry. Jenn was very receptive to my ideas and worked with me to create two pieces for me that I now treasure. Brought my diamond ring to Jenn. It was purchased at Kay and diamond broke off about 6 months after wearing it. Kay said it could not be repaired and tried to exchange it for another ring. They had nothing in the store that even came close to the style of my ring. Jenn had my ring for a week and was able to have it repaired to perfection for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend going to see Jen with any of your jewelry needs. She is wonderful!!!

I brought my mother chain in and Madalin in to get a clasps made $130 she rush me out the door for a other costume. Job was tacky big clap not even silver charge me big money the chain his so heavy now a can't were it every day like I used to . Didn't do what I asked to be don't chain is rewarded heavy looks bad too . Payed way to much for crap work makes me sick...
