I AM SO ANGRY WITH THIS COSTCO. I just don’t understand why I should have to pay an expensive membership fee when Costco can’t even keep their establishment clean. The floors are FILTHY. Trash is OVERFLOWING. Tables in the food court are ALWAYS DIRTY, and I ALWAYS have to clean my own table, but this Friday, I wasn’t able to, as the workers didn’t have any cleaning solution in the food court, and I had to use the soap from the bathrooms to clean my table. I don’t know who chooses the people at the entrance to scan your card, but one of them, Maria, I think is her name, is very rude and has a nasty attitude. Most all the employees are RUDE and LAZY. I don’t know who in the world designed the building, but there’s so much wasted space and it’s so DIFFICULT TO FIND THE DAIRY PRODUCTS. The so-called supervisors are incapable of cleaning tables correctly. And I ABSOLUTELY DISGUST the fact that I should have to scan my card to gain access to a building, scan it again when I pay, then have the rude employees mark my receipt when I leave. And on Fridays, they merge the tables and completely disregard personal hygiene. Another rude employee was actually cleaning tables, and we asked her to clean ours, but instead of immediately cleaning our table, she kept cleaning the others and made an extremely annoying comment that she was working her way towards our table. When she finally did clean our table, it was just a pathetic wipe across table, no effort at all. Andrea is her name. IF I SAY I WANT MY TABLE CLEAN, I WANT IT CLEAN— NOW. I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WRITE EVERYTHING ELSE WRONG...
Read moreI am a Costco lover and travel to many across the United States. I am disappointed with this particular Costco for a few reasons. So I get my Costco card which is linked to mine and my mother's joint card. You never go through Costco quickly so I probably spent 1.5 hours shopping. I get to the check out and they only have 1 lane open that is not self check out. So I go to the self check out and the girl looks at the Costco card which has my mother's pictures on it. She goes to walk away with my credit card ( who in their right mind thinks they have the right to try and walk away with anyone's credit card is what really made me mad). She tells me that I can go with her to check the account never giving me my card back. She just casually walks around with the credit card exposed. Anyone knows that is the stupidest thing you can do. She tells me that I am not currently on the account but can see that I was at one point. I value consistency more than anything if they had turned me away at the front door that would have been fine. Instead, I walk around for an hour and a 1/2. Picking things out and then get told at the very end, I can't buy anything. Between the credit card being grabbed out of my hand and the non consistency, this Costco has some work to do with...
Read moreIt's one of the larger Costcos. If you've ever been to Costco they are pretty standardized but will often tailor some of the items they carry to the region. They don't have as many of the fancy items like you would find in cities like Kirkland/Seattle or even Bozeman MT. The clientele is often people that travel in from smaller towns so there is a focus on more practical items than specialty items. They have self checkout and regular checkout. The lines can back up but even during peak times it is not too bad. You can access the car center from inside and outside which is nice. The food court is standard as well but you do need a membership to get into the food court as well as the store. They have implemented facial recognition at the front entrance where the person on the card must be in the party entering the store. You can use multiple cards to pay on the same membership though. Parking isn't too bad. There is one primary entrance and two main exits (one of which is ideal for existing the gas pumps). They are currently expanding the roads that access the interstate exit since it is a relatively new Costco. The roads are well designed though, just still accommodating the entrance and exit to the interstate, so it can back up a little...
