I have had the most RUDE experience 2 times within the 2 years I have lived in Bisbee with the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT individual. This most recent time her name was Karen. however, I believe it is the same person as it was when I called the first time in the summer of 2014. since they are the biggest Property Management agency in Bisbee, it is a shame that these seemingly cold & yes I dare say heartless person/persons is the only individual that you are residential Destiny relies on.. Or rather not. The first time I was moving to Bisbee and needing assistance, due to my unfamiliarity with the area. The woman, who I believe to be the same woman " Karen",found a domestic violence dispute on my record and turned on me like a rabid animal. I tried to explain to her that I was a victim and could prove it, but she would have none of it and refuse to have any more to do with me. more recently, I found the absolute most perfect place and was briefly concerned because I thought it was possibly the same property management I had contacted in the time prior, that I just spoke of.delta sinking in this as soon as I found out that it was to do today property and it's charm.the move was especially important to me due to my need for moving has to do with my finding my boyfriend common love of my life dead on Thanksgiving Day 2015. I need to leave my current residence is crucial for my emotional stability. I tried to explain to the agent I was in good standing where I currently live in my situation in a voicemail.I continued on to practically beg and tell her I could have money in her hand immediately that I for sure want at the place if it was available. I went on and on in this message because I I have a feeling that once I actually had this woman on the phone did that she would hi there remember me, or have looked me up and remembered me then cut me off just as she had before based on her beliefs and judgments, and discrimination as far as I'm concerned against me. sure enough, I was right in thinking that. however, I was always very very kind and nice on the phone.. In the few seconds that I was able to speak that is. it's disheartening that there is nobody better to serve the public then somebody of this character, or lack thereof. Bisbee Realty you should really take into consideration this woman and understand that I speak nothing but the truth. I'm quite sure that you're aware of her being curt, abrupt, and seemingly not a very nice person in general. I cringe and would discourage anybody from calling you to either buy, rent, and/of sell.I have two college degrees and try and become a licensed therapist and having a lot to say in this town and speaking with a lot of people in regards to information and referral. Therefore I'm not a silenced voice in this town, nor will I be a silenced voice ever again. There was no option for zero stars. I do not like to complain. I like to call, give good reviews. The ratio is easily 15/1 good/bad.have to deal with this woman and have her be rude to an extent that I don't often remember much less take note of, is truly...

They said i was moving in on a friday and then said that no untill sunday because they were "cleaning" the town house. We moved in and i noticed there was holes in the walls, outlets were loose, stain carpets, etc. The kitchen was dirty full of grease, hole in the wall of the sink with mold umong other things. Also my townhouse got broken into and i asked them to put a brace on the windows to stop theifs and they said "no but your more then welcome to put them yourself" Six months later the outlets are still loose still holes in the walls and stained carpets, they hardly ever answer and get thing fixed but over all amber is...

Working with Karen in the past was most unpleasant. Repairs were made ever so slowly or not at all. I continued to be pleasant and was treated disrespectfully and with insults for asking for things like heat in winter. I would never work with Karen again. She needs a long vacation. The woman seems too stressed to do her job with any competency and...
