When you pull in through the drive thru, whoever runs the intercom to get your order, must be in a race with somebody?? She tries to speak so fast that you CANNOT understand a word she is saying. Someday I'm going to record her and play it for all of them to hear. I have asked her to please slow it down. It gives you an overall feeling like she doesn't like her job, she's in a hurry, and you are bothering her. Sometimes she is the one talking on the intercom and someone else fills the order and takes the money. When I've pulled up to the window, I have even asked, "was that you that just took my order?" because they speak normally, understandably, which is nice. Husband waited to order without success, then I waited in line while 7 other family members used the one stall bathroom (filthy and out of toilet paper), and still wasn’t asked what I would like to have. “Have it your way” was more like “have it no way”. The workers had RBF and then, one lady, who seemed like the manger, was barking orders at the staff. She saw me, the staff saw me, no one seemed to know what to do with a customer waiting at the counter. We left.    Read moreHmmmm where to begin, first and foremost this restaurant has by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Order is always wrong, employees seem like they hate their jobs their and it seems like they hire anyone off the street as long as they speak very little English. Always have multiple people taking one order not sure if it’s because of the language barrier or just if it’s just the unintelligent people they hire. Anyway I will never go to this lazy Burger King and support it’s lazy employees.
