I would never recommend them for repairs 1. They don’t use apple certified parts and your phone will keep displaying that it doesn’t recognize them . Which a gal that worked their told me afterwards Not before. I had my phone in a high impact case and the back shattered with the case on when it fell and since then the front glass kept popping out. So I went ahead and bought a new one and put it in the back burner and took it in to get the back replaced and the owner said I had waited to long but he would replace it . I came back and the seal around it was not fitted in place and had a small crack on the front screen lick it was pried and I replaced the battery which he charged because he said it could be it was swollen and thats why it would pop open . He didn’t like that I wanted the seal put on right so he got up set and said something about small business going out of business because things like that and went in finished up the phone and when I tried using it the microphone doesn’t work which it did . Walked in at a random hour to see about my phones lacking of storage.. the nice guy was clearly busy at his desk with a project. He immediately came to my service ,explained to me what the deal was . Just so happened he had a refurbished phone that would work better for my purposes. He not only sold me a new phone he transferred all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. Got my old provider on the new one put a screen saver on it and gave me a perfectly good case for nothing, all while jostling service to two other customers who came in. So, I walked put of there with a great newish better performing phone foe a very reasonable price!!! I'll be back to that...

Three months after we each got our iPhone screen repaired, my sister said hers was literally coming off and that I should check mine. I removed my screen protector and case to find that my screen was also barely attached to my phone, I went into Epic Tech a few days later and they said if I would have caught it sooner they would fix it, but I would need to pay full price to have it replaced now. I was never informed I needed to monitor if the glue didn't stick properly and am not pleased with the customer service anymore (until this point I referred Epic Tech...
