The Settings of Black Mountain - Gated Mountain Community — Local services in Black Mountain

My wife and I love our home in The Settings. It is amazing to have the great layered mountain views. Mornings, we look down on a valley filled with clouds, like a lake. The clouds slowly rise and clear to reveal the quaint Town of Black Mountain (only a 5 minute drive down the hill). Later we get incredible sunsets settling behind the mountain ridges. Our community hiking trails, that start out cross-crossing a cascading stream and eventually climb up through our forest conservancy area to the Continental Divide, are excellent. At the same time we have urban quality infrastructure with Town water and sewer lines, fiber optic lines to each home, and excellent roads having curbs and storm water control. Best of both worlds.
