The Drink Factory — Local services in Blackfoot

We have enjoyed stopping at Drink Factory in Blackfoot when we were in town, but the last time we got drinks there they were 75% ice. It is very disappointing to pay for a soda and get mostly ice. The ice was so packed in it was clear in the middle, no soda at all could penetrate the ice. I didn't write a negative review at first. I tried emailing and then I actually stopped by and told them about the problem and they said there was nothing they could do about it but that they would keep it in mind in the future. Refused my sons punch card for a free drink saying they dont honor them anymore. If you dont pass out cards anymore, thats fine, but the ones that are filled up should still be honored, no experation date on the cards.
