Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Blackfoot

I've actually never been to an arctic circle before now. I've always seen them and just thought nothing of them. See I'm from Kansas so I figured it's just another burger place on the west side of the states. I was pleasantly surprised on a road trip into Idaho. Managed upon blackfoot, and this artic circle. They're is a simple menu and they all look great! Pricing is fair and the amount of food you receive is greatly portioned. My bacon burger was thick and juicy. I'm very surprised that it had that much flavor opposed to just going to McDonald's or something. This tasted great and the customer service was great as well. You order and they'll give walk you out your order. On top of that I ordered myself a butterscotch ice cream. I was actually confused since I've never been offered the option, but they gave me the choice to have my ice cream at that very moment or after I've eaten my main meal. I think that was a very considerate touch to an already great experience. I reccomend Arctic Cirlce in any state you have it available, I also recommend this particular location. I went in to get dinner for my two children. When the clerk ran my card I was told it was declined. She and the store manager then ran the card two more times, each times saying that the card was declined each time. After checking my account on my phone I found out that my card had been charged each time and subsequently put into overdraft. When I went in to ask about this, I was ridley told that this happens all the time and that it would get fixed in a day or two. If it happens all the time why did they continue to run my card after the first time, when I could have gone somewhere else to get food. Was the sale that important? Instead now my balance is in the whole and my money is in limbo until they figure it out. Instead of at least comping the meal, ($15.00), the manager, (Stacy), was rude. Sure I have food at home for my kids, but I promised them Artic circle, or Mcdonalds........... THAT'S A MISTAKE I...

The food is overpriced and mediocre at it's best, but that's not even what prompted this review. If I pull into the parking lot and there is even one other car in the drive-thru, I know I'll be there 30 minutes. Thought I would try going into the lobby since there was only 1 car in the parking lot. There was only 1 customer and he was standing at the counter. After waiting behind him for 20 minutes while employees seemed oblivious that we were there, I finally asked him if he'd even gotten to order yet. When he said "nope, it seems that it takes the entire crew to work on 1 drive-thru order", I just went somewhere else. No offense to the kids that are running the place, but the company may want to think about getting an adult with some managment and customer service experience in there to show them how to prioritize and be...
