Jackson Furniture Outlet — Local services in Blackman Charter Township

If you're looking for a piece of furniture at a good price with great customer service, this is the place to go! My husband and I decided to get some recliners for our home as a mother's day/father's day gift to ourselves since our daughter is only a few months old. I searched some places and stumbled upon Jackson Furniture Outlet and figured we should check it out. I messaged them on facebook to see if they had any rocking recliners and they got back to me within a half hour stating that they had some that would work for us. My husband and I went and found one we liked, but they only had one in stock. We spoke with Ray and he said they might get more of them in stock if we would like to purchase the one and wait for new ones to come in. We needed a recliner before the weekend, so we went ahead and did that. We left our number so that Ray could give us a call if more came in. Sure enough, about a week or two later, we got a call that they had gotten a new shipment of the recliners. They were able to hold one for us for a week so we could get out there at a time that was convenient for us. Loved my shopping experience at Jackson outlet for sure Brendon was so excellent in his selling. He was such a nice guy and I enjoyed talking with him. He made you feel like you were a person, not a number and that you were there as a personal friend. I loved it. I would do more shopping there whenever I need something from the store. I will tell everybody about my experience there and hopefully they will hear and they'll come and enjoy your company and in the out. We stopped into the store today and was instantly greeted by Seth, he stopped what he was doing to greet us and explain where everything was. After he directed us to what we were looking for. He let us be and checked on us here and there, but never once pressured us. Seth gave his honest opinions when we asked which was very helpful as well. We looked for about a hour and couldn’t make a decision, we were all over the place. We ended up sitting down with the manager Ray, he gave us his thoughts and explained the couches to us such as how they are made and the materials used. After that we were able to make a choice.
