We hit Biggby locations regularly in Lansing, Okemos, East Lansing, Fowlerville and Williamston, but this location in Jackson makes the best frozen Caramel Marvels on the planet! Let me say, when you ask for an extra shot, extra flavor in it and extra garnish on top, you don’t just get charged for the add ons like at the other locations - these folks deliver the goods on every upgrade for hands down the best Ice Blended drinks around. The male “manager” is extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t have the time or patience to give you time to complete your order, and 2 times out of 3, your drink will be made incorrectly after he rushes you through it. After seeing him visibly huffing and puffing I asked for a refund only for him to tell me that I couldn’t get one until after his shift when he closed out the drawer. He then demanded that I leave the store after I told him that wasn’t true. After I informed him that I was not interested in anything from this location and would not be leaving without a refund, he threatened to call the police on me, and when I agreed to stay there and wait for them to come, he finally gave me the refund that I initially requested. The owners here knows the manager of her mason store is calling in fake complaints to the delivery drivers at their store to the agency they deliver for, she scream yells and belittles people in front of customers and employees alike. We filed a etiquette complaint with biggby corporate and they don't care. She now has me blocked and I am losing 40 $ each day due to her abuse and harassment. When we told lori she blocked us on facebook and has directed her Manager to call the cops on us.
