If you're looking for a job or food AVOID PARNELL ROAD SUBWAY, management has been ignoring an employee for over a month, hasnt scheduled her, never finished her training, and gave her the ring around everytime she tried to talk to her to figure out what's going on. The store manager, Autumn, is never there and when she is shes sitting in the office pointing fingers for people to do things and breaks rules but will berate and shun you if you do anything close to what she does. Cant forget when she made her employees run all over town to multiple subways to find a check that wasnt where it was supposed to be. They dont train the employees correctly and let's just say I'd avoid the steak and chicken because they lie on thier temps, dont rotate thier food, and will use it even if its expired food. Read moreWednesday Oct. 4th 2017 @7:45pm my husband and I entered this subway store. I was greeted fine, saying they would be with us momentarily. As they were serving another guest. We waited patiently and when we were asked what we would like. I asked if they had any soup ( PAIGE ) the employee that was the one to serve us. Said" we don't have any soup and no meat balls" my husband made a face of disappointment. I suggested we go to McDonald's, the only reason I choose to leave because your store didn't have the items we were hoping for. As we turned to leave PAIGE your employee was very rude and made an inappropriate comment. In my opinion she needs costumer service training. I would really like to know how many complaints your store receives with her negative attitude. l would like an apology. I will probably never receive it. But this definitely will be shared. Read moreI wont be coming back. This place was bad. The woman taking the orders was incredibly rude. Seemed as if she was intentionally so. I came in she she basically screamed asking if I ordered online, then barks out at me " what do you want". While making my 1st sandwich she proceeded to complain to one of her two coworkers about people ordering online and how one guy always orders online but gets there early to wait and how it makes no sense, he should stop wasting their time ordering online and just cont stand in the line and order. She complained so much she couldn't hear me several times asking to order a 2nd sandwich. She then asked the person behind me what they wanted.
