From thier selection of used vehicles, to thier way of conducting business, ZLK Auto Fair is truly The Class Act of used car dealerships. Simply put, five stars is not enough. Abraham, owner of ZLK, is a prince amongst men. He made the car buying process very smooth, relaxing and stress-free. (side note to have an experienced insurance agent also helps with this process). Everything that Abraham said was going to happen actually happened. (ie. overnighting of the title for delivery.) Throughout he remained respectful of my circumstances and budget which I presented immediately upon introduction (some may say i was too soon lol). While knowing I was there for a vehicle priced above my budget, this did not deter him from finding us a fair price that we could both afford. Throughout the whole process never did I feel I was making the wrong choice or that I was being taken advantage of. In car buying of the past I have made purchases only to have those feelings follow and I am proud to say this was not one of those times. In fact, subsequent to our agreement, we learned that several components would need replacement. Abraham, without hesitation, offered and had it resolved with in days and with no additional charge. I was privileged to meet Abrahams father who may actually own the repair shop that my car went to for reaolve. I also highly recommend them for auto repairs. HKK Auto Service replaced front calipers, metal brake hoses and radiator assembly. Fantastic job thier mechanic did. He not only corrected the issue but did so promptly. In short, If you are looking for a kind, patient, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, fair, professional used car dealer, this is where you will want to purchase your next vehicle. 100% Good Business. For a small business to have this many 5 stars im sure he is paying for them. This man is impersonal. I didn't mind that but I should of gone with my gut instincts on this one. I went to Abraham for an LTZ Suburban. Not only did he waste my time ran my credit and I put a deposit down for the vehicle. He sold the car under me after taking a deposit, running my credit and sending my information to numerous banks. Kept me from having a car for over a week. Im constantly getting spam mail from him running my information. He was the only onw that had my P.O box. I think he only had 10 cars on his lot. Either way I still tried to make a deal with him. Personally I would not recommend to buy a car from him. 100 percent shady. Once you meet him. You will know what I mean. I also have receipts of our conversation. Im happy I have my LTZ Suburban with no dents or crashes (like the one he was selling) but I still can't get over the running my credit, spam mail and lack...

Posted May 2025 I contacted Abraham to discuss purchasing a Lexus RX350. If you see a vehicle you're interested in on his lot, do yourself a favor and buy it! The cars Abraham sells are nice clean vehicles. Abraham is as honest as they come. There is absolutely no pressure when buying a vehicle from ZLK Auto Fair. Abraham goes above and beyond for his customers. ( I appreciate the vehicle had a full tank of gas when I took delivery! ) Thank you Abraham for making my purchase a pleasant experience.
