I will never rent or purchase anything from Hometown again. We got a stackable washer/dryer from Hometown. The one reason we purchased it here is because Aarons had been a hassle. We got a stackable set from Aarons website that stated "stackable", but when it was delivered the delivery guy stated it wasn't. So I really didn't trust Aarons, so we went down to Hometown and got the only stackable washer/dryer combo they had, which was GE. We were making larger payments so it could be paid off without all the interest, which you have to do in 6 months. So we had until November to pay it off, as we got it in May of this year. Fast forward about 3 months, in mid August, a piece on the washing machine broke, it was one of the plastic covers that went on top of the washer to cover the screws. Since it was under warranty, my husband called Hometown to have it fixed and they supposedly ordered the part. It's now November and it still isn't fixed. Perhaps they didn't care, or weren't in a hurry since it was only superficial and didn't affect the way it works. In October, when my husband made the payment, he asked when it would be fixed. What was he told? The part hadn't came in,. In fact, the worker said he had to ordered something that was wrong with an item he got, and he hadn't received the part either. We paid this washer and dryer off this November, big surprise, the damn thing still hasn't been fixed. I am in the market for a new stove, eventually a new fridge, do you think I'm going to use Hometown? Oh, hell no, I wouldn't purchase another damn thing from this place. All they have is excuses and obviously they're poorly managed if they don't care if a part comes in after 2 and 1/2 months. If the case was that the part hadn't came in, why aren't they doing something about it? Poor management. I urge anyone that needs a new appliance, mattresses, or other furniture, to go to Aarons in Ponca City. If you don't have a vehicle you could easily order something on Aarons website. Now I wished I went straight over to Aarons, even if they had to order a washing machine and dryer. I could of also purchased something that was better quality at a more affordable price. Fact was, there was a washer and dryer combo at Aarons for the same price but was a much higher retail value. Their prices wouldn't bother me if they took care of something that breaks. They have really poor customer service. They could of easily gained a repeat customer, why should I go back if they don't care to fix anything. Take my advice...

I got my daughter a 4 wheeler for her birthday at the beginning of February and when it was delivered it didn't want to stay started but the guy said it just needed adjusted and left us to do it. We managed to get a total of 4 hours of ride time on it (which was a pain because it was constantly trying to die when we used it) and then it just stopped starting up. Took it into hometown and they said they'd fix it, turns out the heads were cracked (we bought this BRAND NEW) so they sent it to Texas to be fixed. Now it's March 11th and it's still in freaking Texas. I've paid over $200 on this thing already and my daughter enjoyed it for a couple hours. Ridiculous, cheap products in my opinion. I'm getting my money back on Monday and we will not be returning to...

He said he had to go and get it which would make it around 6. Ok cool. The website advertised 10.00 for the first week on any new lease. At 5:15 I get a text saying it would be tomorrow because Tyler didn't know anything about the 10.00. Look at your website !!!!! No opportunity was given to even go ahead and pay the full down-payment . Just nope you have to wait. Well guess you just lost a sale. If you are going to be a manager you should know what sales or specials are going on. By no means is it the other guy working, he is just the messenger. The manager had plenty of time to find out about the sale...
