I went to the store in Blackwell to get a simple flashlight. Only to find it locked up behind glass. When I asked for help to get the case unlocked it took about 20 minutes to get it unlocked. Once it was unlocked the employee held onto the flashlight as if I was going to steal the item. As the employee walked it all the way from the back of the store to the check out counter she had an attitude and asked if there was a problem as she continued to walk ahead of me. Once at the register the cashier was saying that kids had been stealing stuff but I'm not a kid. I'm a old man and the employees at this store are very rude .    Read moreOur local WalMart has been around since the 70's alearly 80's. Its always suited the majority and needs of Blackwell, Oklahoma. I love it because its very seldom packed to the point you have to wait for time. That is a plus. I hardly ever have to ask for anything. My only complaint would be that the public should be able to have access to the video feed from cameras when an incedent happens. WalMart covers all things that are benificial to WalMart and the parties they so choose to hinder investigations with and tamper with evidence which is piss poor to say the least along with bad faith between customer and proprietary.    Read moreI live in Dallas, TX and if our Walmarts were even 30% as nice and well-run as this one I’d shop there for sure. Usually dread going into Wally World. Can’t find something? Good luck finding someone who works there. Younger gentleman came up to me in electronics and asked me if he could help me find something, showed me what I was looking for, and then went and checked another aisle to see if they had some other options. The girl at checkout was polite and complimentary.
