Windshield repair on Jeep Wrangler, general check up (at 4yrs old), and oil change. Their individuals in Service are FANTASTIC - I dealt with Travette Dennis. (History of the week BEFORE I went to Woodhouse Jeep - I first attempted service at H&H Jeep, which is a 7 minute drive from home. Dropped it off AS SCHEDULED on a Thursday, they said they may not get to it until Monday...AND they were going to charge $1000.00 for a new windshield.) SO, I called Woodhouse Blair (30 min drive from my house) where I purchased the Jeep 4yrs prior. WORTH it! They had an opening for a week later, they charged $30 LESS for an oil change (vs H&H), and $315 for a windshield change (vs $1000 at H&H), and could do it all in a day. Side note, and all to Woodhouse's credit: Now then, the windshield glass replacement needed to be contracted out to a service down the street from the dealership. The contractor returned the Jeep and left. However, they had clearly spent those hours smoking in my Jeep - like, something out of a comedy movie where 8 dudes fall out of a van after the side door opens. It was so heinous, it was nearly impossible to sit and breath in it. The absolute buffoonery would require a DEEP interior cleaning, and even then... I asked Travette to come over and experience what I was experiencing, and he was just as unable to keep his head in the Jeep, AND livid as I was. Travette just couldn't believe it, and of course neither could I. Trevette refunded me the expense of the new windshield and install, AND paid for the necessary serous deep cleaning and ozone treatment at a detailer, which worked. Woodhouse had no control over the glass company down the street, BUT, they did immediately take actions to make it right. They were prompt in service, MUCH more reasonably priced than the dealerships near Papillion and Bellevue, and super nice and professional. I spent the day at the dealership waiting for the Jeep, and observed throughout the day as different Woodhouse representatives interacted with other service customers. Some of those customers weren't the best - and to be factual, one particular 20-something customer was more of a dreg of society, but the staff stayed professional, patient and courteous. I couldn't help but be impressed. If you are from the Bellevue/Papillion area, I highly recommend you consider just making the drive to Woodhouse Blair and doing it right...

My 2011 Grand Cherokee had an engine light on and I couldn't get warm air to come out of the driver's side blower (I kept the vents closed so it wouldn't blow cold air on me, using the passenger side to warm the cabin). The light wasn't flashing and the blower issue was fairly common according to the internet so I dropped it off without too much worry. Left it at 7:30 am on a Tuesday; later that afternoon they sent me a text recommending more than $12,000 in repairs, including $6K for new catalytic converters!
The Jeep had been running OK and I asked just for what HAD to be done for an upcoming trip; Weston said he'd get the coil and spark plug replaced, which would also get the engine light off. I ended up paying $999 for that, tire rotation, and the labor of getting everything out and put back in.
Less than 200 miles from Omaha the engine light came back on. I also found out the driver vents now whistled like a tea kettle when they were closed. I brought the Jeep back to make good and get the light back off and stop the whistle.
Weston texted me to tell me that the light was because of the catalytic converters instead of the spark plugs and coil and that the whistle was because the vents were shut. He was now lying about the source of the engine light (since it HAD been off) and ridiculous about the noise since it wasn't there when I brought it in and the vents shouldn't whistle open or shut!
I texted back to remind him of what he said would turn off the light and that the vent didn't whistle before they had the Jeep. I didn't hear anything back from Weston, but then got a call from the service manager, saying that Weston told him that I wanted a call. I told him I didn't ask Weston to do that but while I had him on the phone, I just wanted to get my Jeep back with the light off and the whistle stopped. He ultimately admitted that they caused the whistle when they got in to examine the blower, but weren't going to do anything more than tell me "sorry."
Gave them 33 hours and a thousand bucks just to get spark plugs, tire rotation, and "sorry" about having a new whistle in my Jeep. God help you if you want to take your Jeep here for service after...
Read moreI recently had service on my Jeep Cherokee performed at the Blair location. I was waiting to see if I would receive a post-service survey, but since I haven't, I wanted to tell you about my experience since it was some of the worst customer service I've ever received.
I brought my vehicle in because it was showing a light that my four wheel drive was not working and needed service. After being looked at, I was told it would need to be repaired, a part needed to be ordered and an oil leak had been discovered. I was called the next day because the part had arrived and set up a time to bring my vehicle in. I also requested an oil change and a tire patch.
When I brought my vehicle in, I was told it would take two days to repair. I didn't take the offered loaner because we're retired and I thought I could be without a car for two days. Midway through the third day, I contacted the Service Dept. because I hadn't heard anything. I was contacted through text that another part had been broken during the repair and needed to be ordered. I was told it was overnighted although it seemed to take a few days to get there. At the end of the first week, I was contacted (via text) that my car was not going to be done by the weekend and was again offered a loaner car. After another trip to Blair, I did take the loaner. As more time went by' and again I was not contacted, I called and was told the person working on my vehicle was out sick. He was out two days and apparently no one else could work on my vehicle. Again after waiting several days with no contact, I called and was told another part had been glued to something and had to be broken off. That part would again need to be ordered and put on.
I was finally contacted on December 3rd that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After 15 days, four trips back and forth to Blair and two additional broken parts, my service was completed. I have never run a Service Center, but to me, the lack of communication, and the wasted time is unacceptable.
I sent this email to the Service Center Manager and his supervisor. The Manager replied (right away), apologized and said he would check into it. Never heard anything more from him. The Supervisor...
